I’m a SPR. (age: 21, married). my wife is an Indian. We registered our marriage in India. I want to bring my wife to S’pore. But my dream is to bring her to my new flat. So I have to buy an HDB flat.
Can I apply for PR for my wife before she come to S’pore? Is that possible to buy an HDB before she comes? Can I buy a new HDB flat? Thank you.

You can apply try to apply for her PR but most likely she got to come over to Singapore first.

Under any of the HDB Eligibility Scheme, I’m sorry to say that you can’t buy a resale flat in Singapore. If you can bring your wife over as PR, you both can buy under Public Scheme.
- Can I buy a new HDB flat, i’m not S’pore citizen?
The answer is NO. Only Singaporean are able to apply for new HDB flats.
